The Quest for a Silent Power Supply

I've recently upgraded Binky to a much powerful Athlon64 on a smaller micro ATX motherboard, but the power supply I was using was really noisy. I thought that with the right circuitry, a regular power brick (laptop charger, for example) could be used instead of that bulky & noisy metal box. After some searching, I ran across picoPSU, which is the tiniest ATX power supply in existence. Exactly what I had in mind. The only problem now is finding the right power brick. Mini-box sell picoPSU with a 60w brick for $54.95, which is a good price, but I don't think 60w would cut it. They also have a 110w brick sold separately, which has a little fan inside it. Oh my...

That's actually the whole thing!
